Many in-stock items qualify for next day one-man delivery to the UK mainland when ordered before 12pm Monday to Thursday, delivered to the doorstep between 8am and 6pm. Lead times vary by product and are shown on each listing.
For heavier pieces, our two-man service takes items to the room of your choice, up to two flights of stairs unless a lift is available, with a three-hour slot sent by text and email. It carries a £20 surcharge, which may be free on larger orders. Refurbishing a whole home? We can phase deliveries room by room around your residents, and old mattresses and divans can be removed at checkout.

Furniture in this collection is supplied to meet the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988. All of our mattresses are passed to BS7177 Source 5 fire tests.

Many in-stock items can arrive the next working day when ordered before 12pm Monday to Thursday, while others show lead times of 1 to 5 or 5 to 7 working days. Two-man delivery to the room of your choice is available for a £20 surcharge, which may be free on larger orders. Larger fit-outs can be phased around your residents.
Can I return care home furniture if it is not right?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date, provided items are in good condition with the original packaging where possible. A £35 collection charge applies if the return is not due to a fault. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 weeks.
